Finding a therapist shouldn’t be hard, but it totally can be. I hope this makes it a tiny bit easier.
If you want a therapist, then definitely find one when while you’re doing relatively well. Looking for a therapist when you’re VERY depressed or anxious is just That. Much. Harder- so while you have the mental bandwidth, do the work/secure the therapist that future you would appreciate. Future you may need the extra support. I’d hate for you to be struggling AND lacking the support of a therapist AND having to find a therapist 🥺
