250 hour program at National Holistic Institute, where I learned multiple modalities and techniques including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, Chair Massage, Sports Massage, Thai Massage, Energy Work, Lymphatic Facilitation and Reflexology as well as courses in Kinesiology, Physiology and Pathology. I truly enjoy working with my clients to facilitate their sense of wellness, whether it be reducing stress, reducing pain, or helping to alleviate the challenges that come from chronic conditions.
