We wish to share the news that Patricia Bragg🌹 (the public person), former CEO of Bragg Live Food Products, co-author of the Bragg Health library of books, and your favorite petite Health Cheerleader & Health Crusader at large is retiring from social media in the weeks ahead.

Patricia was a very enthusiastic early adopter of social media platforms - taking time to personally reply to messages as her friends and follower base grew over time. 🫶She has loved sharing her healthy living tips, photos of her adventurous lifestyle and excerpts from her books and musings.💛She has also loved the feedback she gets from her many friends and followers in return.

Patricia has dedicated so much of her life to teaching people how to care for themselves and be the Captain of their own Ships🛳. She loved it, lived it and breathed it.🥰

She wished for Bragg Live Food Products to go on and continue to grow and share her healthy products- selling the company 4 years ago this month. The sale allowed her to focus on sharing her healthy lifestyle messages through the teachings of the Bragg Books, originally co-written with Paul C. Bragg.

Stepping back from social media to lead a more private and quiet life she is grateful to her many followers and friends who have loved and supported her work through all the years. 🧡💛💚💙

We will continue repeating this message in the hopes of having it reach the non-daily casual social media users as well as her friends, followers and Super Fans that are so darling and dear to her - in their positive engagement on her platforms - along with some great photos for a few more weeks ahead.

🔹Employees answered the phones with the greeting “Healthy Day”
🔹Green 🟢felt tip pens for notes and business matters were protocol – not black or blue🖊
🔹Healthy food 🥗🍎 and delicious distilled water 🫗was the norm
🔹Dark clothing was frowned upon with bright colors applauded👚👕
🔹Exercise was encouraged about the workplace🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️
🔹The workplace was a beautiful farm full of flowers🌹, bees🐝, birds🐔🦅 and trees🌴– o – and some offices too
🔹Recycling and reuse were part of the plan♻️
🔹Patricia gifted Healthy Smoothie Gift Cards to Employees on their birthday from a great local company🧋
🔹Generosity, Gratitude and Blessings of Health in offerings of information and products were staple🌻💛

🌈Not a bad way to be in the world or in business.

START BEING HAPPIER, SMILE AND LAUGH MORE – it’s up to you! Healthy actions speak louder than words and can elevate your mood if you feel depressed... As often as possible make yourself smile and laugh; it opens blood vessels in the back of your
head to physically lift your mood.

Smiling is a great example of the close interaction between the mental and the physical states. We smile naturally when we are feeling happy. Have you ever tried making yourself smile when you are feeling blue? Try it! Physical acts of smiling (takes 13 muscles) and also laughing nearly always trigger mental reactions that makes you feel better! Don’t forget it requires mental effort in the first place to make you “smile away your tears!”

With Spring in the air – here’s another mention of Spring Cleaning -considering your Gazingus Pins?

🤪What the Gazingus?!
If you’re new to the term - Gazingus Pins or a Gazingus Pin is ‘any item that you cannot help but buy if you’re passing a shop — be it physical or online — that sells it. It’s what you buy on autopilot.’🛍

Certainly to be applied to physical items but your Gazingus pin can be food too and usually not a fruit or veggie but something ending in ‘itos’ or booze or sugary treats. Checkout aisles offer hosting to many!

🙃Patricia has been weak in the Gazingus Pin department for sure– hard pressed or not pressed at all to pass up Dolls, Sparkly Tops, Toys, Books, etc. - though she is great about eating healthy!🙂

Identifying your Gazingus Pin(s) is a great start. The intention of the mention isn’t to squash it (them) altogether but in alignment with Spring cleaning🌿 it is rather a check in to see how many itty bitty “eaches" (or not so itty bitty) items of the same thing you might already have on hand and how to nip buying more in the bud.🌱

“We believe the word rest is the most misunderstood word in the English language. Some people’s idea of resting is to sit down and drink a cup of a strong stimulant such as coffee, black tea or caffeinated soft drinks. This is typified by the coffee break. ☕️

To us, rest means repose, freedom from activity and quiet tranquility. It means peace of mind and spirit.🕉 It means to rest without anxiety or worry! Rest means to refresh and should renew your whole nervous system and your entire body – physically, mentally, and spiritually.

🚫When you’re resting, you shouldn’t sit with one leg crossed over the other because this position puts a heavy burden on the popliteal artery which supplies the feet with blood and also cuts off nerve energy. If you sit with legs crossed you are not resting, but giving your heart an extra load of work to do!

🌀To rest means to allow free circulation (no restrictions) of blood throughout the body, which is important for health. Are your shoes too tight? Your collar? Your hat? Your stockings? Your watch, belt, undergarments, bra? If yes, then you’re not resting when you sit or lie down!

🙂It is not necessary to limit your stretching to before and after a workout. In fact, it is a method of relaxation that can be incorporated into your daily life: at work, in the morning to limber up, after a long meeting or anytime you feel like it!

Stretching should never be a strain! If you find that at first you can not fully reach a position or can only stay in the position for a short time, do not worry. 🟢When your Nerve Force is at a low ebb, you are inclined to develop an inferiority complex and can easily lose your self-confidence. As you start to feel inferior you begin to fear that someone else may take away anyone who is near and dear to you. There is just one way to defeat this gnawing fear. You must build your Nerve Force so high by living a Healthy Lifestyle that any feeling of inferiority will leave you forever!
🍃Jealousy is something all humans must fight. We can love someone, but that does not mean that we own that person. As you build your Nerve Force, you will see the wisdom of letting every person have their own personal ways.
💚Love is the strongest force in the world! Give and be kind, understanding and loving, and you will be appreciated and loved more by family and friends. 😍Her favorite spot: Woodstock Pizza in Isla Vista features the ‘Grateful Veg’ with lots of veggies and an incredible Pesto Pizza that even offers Broccoli on the pizzascape and the choice of a whole wheat crust. With even more options on the scene like cauliflower crusts and toppings such as kale and melons you can get very creative getting your veggies in your pie-hole.😋 Modification can be the name of the game – allowing you to eat some of your favorite treats but inviting the healthy foods to the party too! 🎉

Remember that you also breathe through your skin! It’s an important organ of respiration – your skin and billions of pores are often called your third lung.

🌀Give yourself an external as well as an internal air bath. Let your approximately two billion pores breathe in the breath of life, too. The pores of your body will welcome the contact with fresh air. They are wrapped up in clothes all day and probably at night also, unless you sleep in the n**e. Therapists love this analogy because prior to their self actualization, our patients often describe life (particularly in a pandemic!) as a repetitious treadmill. And, it can be, when living at surface level.
