Co-regulation Practice: get on a video call w a loved one and do some eye gazing and breathing, even if you can’t ask them to do this with you, feel into it as you listen to them, don’t listen to their words, listen to the meaning and feelings behind the words, as you breathe and connect with your breath and their eyes. This has a massive effect of well being in our brains and bodies a great way to uptake oxytocin ⛅️🍓🌳and feel deeply nourished

The summer solstice occurs exactly when the axial tilt of a planet's semi-axis in a given hemisphere is most inclined towards the star that it orbits. Earth's maximum axial tilt to our star, the Sun, during a solstice is 23° 26'. This happens twice each year, at which times the Sun reaches its highest position in the sky as seen from the North or South Pole respectively.
The word solstice is derived from the Latin sol (sun) and sistere (to stand still), because at the solstices, the Sun stands still in declination; that is, the seasonal movement of the Sun's path (as seen from Earth) comes to a stop before reversing direction. The solstices, together with the equinoxes, are connected with the seasons. In many cultures the solstices mark either the beginning of winter or summer.

What is Thai Yoga Bodywork?

It is a clothes-on, active therapeutic massage practiced on a mat and on the ground. It aims to stimulate the flow of healing energies within the body, through passive assisted stretching, palming and acupressure, opening the areas which are blocked, and bringing the body, mind and spirit back into balance and harmony. Whether you have a yoga practice or not, this healing therapy will leave you feeling refreshed, rested, and alive.

About Nicole:

Nicole has been sharing the healing modality of Thai Yoga Bodywork with friends and clients since 2003, she first studied with Saul David Raye at the White Lotus in Santa Barbara, and then went on to study with Master Pischet Bonhumme in Chang Mai, Thailand. Nicole has studied and received many forms of yoga and bodywork training through the years and Thai Yoga Bodywork is by far one of her favorites.

Hi everyone, my name is Kailee and I’m 15 today, to me! 🥳which apparently is 105 in human years, I’m not sure what the big deal is, and I don’t care about having my picture taken, but my mom thinks it’s a really big deal and likes to brag about it a lot! 🙄 She’s pretty sure I’m the oldest boxer alive woof! It’s prolly all the yoga we do and I live in paradise 🌴☀️🌈
For my birthday, mom has been making me organic chicken livers all week! Yum! 😋 We are going to have a dog party at the Douglas Preserve(meet at water bowl) Friday 4:30pm and I’d really like it if all my favorite dog and human friends come!
