These are incredible times.
Please take incredible care of yourself and what you can do for your nearest and dearest. Taking deep breaths and experiencing the humor where you can. Loving, singing and laughing are great medicine. A grateful heart is a powerful immune booster sending that electrical current to our lungs helps strengthen our capacities. Connecting with nature, even if that means you can only sky gaze out your window, where ever you are take time to let her into your cells, breathing the healing presence of nature all the way in. Think of all she’s been thru, knowing this will pass. Feel your strength, your tenderness, your precious humanity. ✨🙌🏽✨
What have you been doing that’s working!? We all know what doesn’t wprk🤣let’s focus on what does, being gentle with ourselves and each other, lots of forgiveness and compassion for ourselves and one another. And play and dance. Turn on the music and goof around 🤾🏽♂️🤺🤸🏻♀️
Co-regulation Practice: get on a video call w a loved one and do some eye gazing and breathing, even if you can’t ask them to do this with you, feel into it as you listen to them, don’t listen to their words, listen to the meaning and feelings behind the words, as you breathe and connect with your breath and their eyes. This has a massive effect of well being in our brains and bodies a great way to uptake oxytocin ⛅️🍓🌳and feel deeply nourished
