This week, National Pharmacy Week, we recognize the outstanding Cottage Health pharmacy team — 60 pharmacists, 45 technicians, two residents, five interns, a clerk and an administrative assistant — who work tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure safe, effective and compassionate care for every patient. The team provides clinical specialties while partnering with physicians, nurses and care teams to optimize evidence-based medication choices, leverage advanced technology for a state-of-the-art distribution system, and support smooth transitions of care with Cottage’s Meds-to-Beds discharge pharmacy program. Thank you to the Cottage Pharmacy Department for your dedication, innovation and teamwork. Your impact touches every patient Cottage serves.
