For over 23 years, Hilda has been a dedicated and invaluable member of our team, working tirelessly to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for both patients and staff. Her strong commitment to infection control and patient safety makes her an exceptional asset. Hilda’s hard work and daily dedication—even commuting by bus to serve our patients—has now been rewarded with a brand-new red 2025 Hyundai Elantra! She is excited to get her driver’s license and experience the freedom and independence that comes with it.

Congratulations to Anjelita Ponce from Palo Alto Nursing and Rehab! This hard-working CNA drove home in a brand-new Hyundai Elantra.

Today, we celebrated staff and their year-long safety practices across our 17 northern CA facilities. There were 21 finalists, and nobody left empty-handed. This year’s theme was SAFETY ROCKS, and Elvis certainly left us all shook up. Thank you, everyone, for a terrific inaugural event!

Even Senior dogs need best friends. These Senior citizens draw on their artistic talents and paint portraits of senior shelter dogs to help pets get adopted. Now that’s a helping hand!

The Draw for Paws project recently started the Grandpaws Initiative, which has senior citizens helping adoptable senior pets through art
