Hey Sweet Soul SCV community, we are so grateful for your support for turning our vision into reality.

We can proudly say that we have a very special place and a very unique purpose to share.

We are not an ordinary Yoga/Pilate/fitness studio. This place is a soul school where we learn to merge our Yin and Yang through our Cosmic Energy Flow.

This Cosmic Energy Flow brings Inner Alignment into our mind, body, sou and life. It’s all about tuning into our true authentic self.

Each and every session is a 75 minutes long where we focus on brining our consciousness back to us, expand our light body through breath work, balance our energy and physical body with the movements and release all our stagnant unwanted energy in the end with the deep relaxation meditation.

Our community have recognized our very unique mission for Inner Alignment. We are not here to compete with other studio as we know they all are serving from their own heart and soul.

We just focus on offering our services from deep down our heart and soul.

Mani Mindful Yoga isn’t just a fitness place. It’s a story of a women who walked through hell own alone. She followed her own vision and trusted the divine guidance from within. Meeting soul family on each and every step helped her to come this far.

✨Mindful Mandala: A women circle is by our beautiful soul sister clients who have already taken many steps towards awakening, healing and rising. This is a free event based on donation of your choice and pot luck. You are allowed to bring a friend along.
