From what I understand Lucille Ball had this ring for a very short time it apparently was stolen from a hotel room. I believe it was the ring Ricky proposed to her with. I just love their story. I think it is a story of true love. Even though they did not spend their entire lives together their souls were definitely connected forever. For our 20th anniversary I wanted to create a ring inspired by their story. I sourced an aquamarine from Brazil had a setting made in Tennessee and some additional work was done on it at a jewelry store near my house. It took almost a year to put it all together the way I had envisioned it. I love it. There is literally not one clear picture of the original ring, but I feel mine has the spirit of her design and I couldn’t be happier. ❤️
