Big Joe is moving away from the area, he is moving somewhere to the east. He will always go down though as Joe Netro a retired Pig with a hateful controlling complex. He made it his goal to hurt many people in Santa Cruz mostly homeless and vulnerable people. We are so happy that he has chosen to move away, and we hope he never comes back. It is also our wish that he doesn't take his bigoted hateful character to his new area. Some of the things he has done in the Santa Cruz area could very well get a person killed on the East Coast.
