A female client came to me 2 years ago. The fibromyalgia pain in her hands, arms and lower legs was 8-9 out of 10 being severe. She could not open doors, she was not capable of dressing or un******ng herself. Using her hands was nearly impossible. Her ability to sleep was minimal. She was in trouble, she was suffering. She lived with her mom for help and support.
Her pain began to diminish at 2-3 weeks into our Vagus Genie coaching. At 6 weeks the pain was down to 3-4 at most. In 10 weeks her pain was down to 0-2. When she felt stressed it was a 2 otherwise it was 0.
Her sleep became excellent over those 6 weeks too.
In about 10 weeks this beautiful woman was mostly pain free, sleeping well and living on her own again, with her kitties.
We kept going and she became exceptionally whole and well.
