Study: Eating inflammatory foods increased death risk by 87%.

Researchers tracked 1,600+ patients with stage III colon cancer—all receiving the same treatment: surgery and chemo.

The difference?

Those eating the most inflammatory foods (processed meats, sugary drinks, refined carbs) had an 87% higher risk of death.

That's right: an 87% higher risk of death.

Meanwhile, those eating anti-inflammatory foods (like leafy greens, lean meats and tea) and who also moved their bodies regularly saw a 63% lower risk of death.

This isn’t fringe science.

The Quick Guide to Earthing

We are bioelectrical beings.

Our bodies function through electrical signals in our Central Nervous System (CNS), and earthing helps restore equilibrium by reconnecting us with the Earth’s natural energy.

Earthing is as simple—and free—as walking barefoot on grass, sand, or dirt.

When you do, your body absorbs free electrons from the Earth, which leads to:

⚡ Reduced inflammation
⚡ Better sleep
⚡ Lower stress levels
⚡ Improved energy

The soles of your feet contain an estimated 100,000 to 200,000 exteroceptors (sensory nerve endings) in each foot sole. While these receptors make your feet extremely sensitive to touch and texture, it's the feet's conductive properties that are key for earthing:
Moisture: Feet have a high concentration of sweat glands, keeping the soles naturally moist and electrically conductive
Thin skin: The soles have relatively thin skin, allowing for easier electron transfer
Direct contact: Feet are often our primary point of contact with the Earth.
These features make your feet excellent conduits for the exchange of electrons with the Earth. When you practice earthing, you're essentially allowing your body's "bioelectrical system" to recharge and balance, much like connecting to a natural, gentle power source.
