I can’t believe the weekend has gone by so fast!!!

My host is an amazing woman and soul sister, who has invited me to make trips to Phoenix and come stay with her!!!

The baby shower was beautiful and without knowing anything about the theme, I showed up on brand lol

What amazing synchronicity, I feel so honored to be here and now, can’t wait to return!

Happy Mothers Day!

To all who love and care for someone else, who go above and beyond all day, everyday.

To the birth moms who do their best especially when she don't feel like it. Shout out to Welsh.

To the adopted moms who nurture and nourish everyone they consider family regardless of blood or genetics. Shout out to Robin Duda.

To those who hold down the communities and bring people together. Shout out to Center for Sustainable Love

To the inner mothers who remind us of our own needs when the world feels like it's moving too fast.

I invite everyone to take some time to meet some neglected needs, reach out to a mama who has meant something to you and open to the love that is freely given to us all from Mama Earth.

It’s another beautiful morning, beloved community!

I feel a plateau has been reached, while the next one is in sight, there’s no push to reach for it yet. So, while a brief reprieve is in motion, let’s assess the basics.

The baseline that we are coming from, is it truly honoring of the speed that we have to go? Are we pushing out of habit anywhere? Are there any feelings for trying to skip over rather than be present with? Do we really have our self-care in the right place?

When we choose to nourish ourselves, are we really doing the right things or are we seeking pleasure without nourishment? Are we numbing or actually receiving the love from earth and the people around us? Do we feel safe enough to receive love and affirmation from the people around us?

I’ve been asking myself these questions and here are my suggestions.

Let the peaceful midday sun fall on your face, open your heart to the blooming flowers and budding trees, so you may be nourished and receive the blessings the world has to offer.

Call a friend you haven’t heard from in a while, apologize to a former lover you know you’ve hurt, send your love and gratitude to those who have passed on.

Let yourself cry, rage, shake, and laugh in equal measure today. Today is a day for true nourishment, and expression.
