It is something we feel.
The nervous system moves in patterns…
activation and recovery
tension and ease
When that rhythm is supported, the body feels more grounded, more resilient, more like itself again.
Sometimes the most important thing is not doing more…
It’s allowing the body to return to its natural rhythm.
