You are what you eat. Literally your body makes new cells from what you consume!

So dont be fast cheap easy or fake, but especially fake!

Real foods are Whole Foods, less processed foods, and if they are processed you can look at the ingredients list and still know recognize each ingredient as a food.

Nourish yourself from within. You’ll have less anxiety, more energy, and feel stronger every day.

I Che k this with every client. We track how much fiber you are taking in every day. Depending on your hormone troubles, your gut health situation and your health goals, we can adjust this number.

But if you are dealing with anxiety, with severe stress or sleep issues, likely your gut isn’t nourishing, processing and protecting the way it should. That will lead to all sorts of things being out of balance.

I love having a hybrid work space. I see some clients in person and many on zoom. But either way my job is a great one because I get to help women find strength through struggle, lower anxiety and live the life they want, find the sled and learn to love the body they were gifted, healing and becoming stronger everyday!

Mindful Monday
Every day is a chance to see your life in a new perspective. We all have hard days. The key is to learn to nourish yourself, your body, your thoughts and choose better things and feelings and take better care of yourself. Obviously I don’t mean you’ll be jumping for joy each day but each day can be satisfying in its own way. If you struggle constantly with lack of joy in your life, it would be wise to seek medical help and get the care you need from a professional. There’s no shame in asking for help. Be happy! Either by implementing a healthier nutrition plan, a plan of physical activity, mindful thought patterns, or seeking medical attention.

If you have regular gut problems or even occasional symptoms, you probably aren’t using this awesome food.

Flaxseed (which I buy organic & whole then grind) is amazing for gathering toxins & helping your gut remove them through regular & consistent bowel movements. You cannot have a healthy gut without that consistency.

An unhealthy gut may lead to bloating, food sensitivities, acne, hormone imbalance & even anxiety & depression.
