Seventh day Adventist Church in Santa Maria is providing an all day event of wellness and it is open to the public. I will be providing 15 minute chair Massage for free for anyone that comes. I will start at 1:00 pm. There will also be physical therapists, podiatrists, dentists, basic vision exams and also offering haircuts. All these services are FREE and if you know anyone who needs these services and may possibly be struggling please share this.

It was a pleasure to work with to provide free stretches and massages at the gym this morning! Since there were still a lot of people wanting more, I’ll be back next week, one more time for free (and then future sessions will be paid)!
