☕️Begin your day at a new baseline. And this doesn’t have to mean giving up the cup of coffee (or even the second one!)
There’s other tweaks you can integrate instead. Tune in to the process, ritualize the moment (because if you’re like me, you go through these step regularly).
📱For me it’s 2 things. Setting my phone down (and turning it facedown), and taking a few deep breaths. From there I can witness my mind stream for a moment. And from there the subtle shift begins.
🌻 And if you want an added joosh, a little sprinkle of cinnamon and cardamom on top for some calming and sweetness to counterbalance the acidity and stimulation of the latte.
Sipping slowly today: 2 shots of espresso , topped with foamy almond milk and a pinches of cinnamon and cardamom on top .
