Inside our longevity dietitian’s daily routine.

When people ask what supports my own longevity, they often expect something extreme. The truth? It’s not.

Longevity isn’t built on restriction. It’s built on consistent, evidence-based habits practiced over time.

Here’s what that looks like for me:

• Choosing smart protein. I focus on plant-based protein to support muscle health without overstimulating IGF-1, a growth pathway associated with accelerated aging.
• Eating breakfast. Morning nourishment supports metabolic and cardiovascular health. When following intermittent fasting, I use tools like a fasting bar or shake designed to nourish without disrupting the fasting state.
