Adam Brewer leads you through a short, sweet and soulful full-body circuit workout that leads you through cardio, strength, body mantra, core and stretching. This workout is great when you want to get it in and then get on with your day!

BREAKDOWN:

✅ 5-minute dynamic warm-up
✅ 4, 3, 2, 1 circuit...4-minute Tabata Cardio, 3-minutes of Bodyweight Strength Training, 2-minutes of Body Mantras, 1-minute plank. Repeat
✅ 5-minutes cool down stretching

Sunrise Express - 35 Minute Full Body Fitness "The 3P Workout" (LIVE 8/8/2022)

Equipment Needed: Light Dumbbells

Level: All levels

I lead you through a short, sweet and soulful full-body circuit workout that leads you through strength endurance, cardio, core and stretching. In the strength section, you'll use compound movements that incorporate multiple muscles and joints throughout each exercise. The cardio uses a brief but effective HIIT tabata protocal. This workout is great when you want to get it in and then get on with your day!

BREAKDOWN:

✅ 5-minute dynamic warm-up
✅ 10-minute strength circuit
✅ 4-minute cardio tabata
✅ 5-minute core/abs
✅ 5-minute cool-down stretching.

I'm feeling incredibly refreshed and renewed!

And without further ado, I've got some NEW CONTENT for you...

This particular practice falls into the ENERGIZING category of breathwork techniques. As such it is great to use to start your day, prior to a workout, or if you are feeling rather sluggish mid-day.

It's a 5-minute practice called "Breath Of Fire".

If you feel any strain or stress, back off, and come back to it at another point.

DON’T MAKE THIS MISTAKE…

I see it all the time. People who are just starting out on the path of working out,

whether they’re new to it or for whatever reason, have been away from it for months to years…

and when they start, they bite off more than they can chew.

What do I mean by this?

You’re over zealous so you schedule 60 minute workouts 5 days/wk or you plan shorter 20-30 minute high intensity sessions.

But what happens for most when you do this?

You end up frustrated, super sore, hurt, dejected…

so you quit.

Remember, there’s an old saying, “It’s the starts that stop people”.

So in my opinion, when you’re starting out, keep it simple.

Something is better than nothing.

It’s about the consistency (showing up for yourself) rather than the intensity for about the first 2-3 months.

Hopefully you see it as a marathon not a race.

Make em shorter workouts (10-30 minutes max) 2-5x/wk and make it about just getting it done.

Over time, if you’re consistently showing up, you’ll build confidence, endurance and resolve and naturally you’ll start to increase the intensity and/or duration.

But don’t rush it…patience grasshopper.

60-Minute Full Body "T & T Workout"

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Yoga mat, water, towel and YOU

LEVEL: All-levels

In this 60-minute all-levels, bodyweight workout, I lead you through a full body, strength and cardio experience. This particular session is called "The T & T Workout" (Traditionals and Tabatas).

You're going to do Traditional Strength Sets right up front and you're going to work all 4 major muscles...Legs, Chest, Back and Shoulders.

You'll take a given muscle group and do an exercise for it, working 30 seconds. You'll take a 30 second break and you'll do this 2 more times before you move to the next major muscle.

Next you'll do HIIT cardio in the format of TABATAS. You'll do a given cardio exercise ALL OUT for 20 seconds, take a 10 second rest, then repeat 7 more times for a total of 8 rounds. It's 4 total minutes of your life. We'll do 3 different TABATAS during this session.

BREAKDOWN:

A. 5 minute dynamic warm-up

B. 30 minute strength and cardio...15 minutes strength, 15 minutes cardio

STRENGTH (Traditional Sets)

1. Split Squats (LEGS)
2. Wide Hand Push-Ups (CHEST)
3. Supermans (BACK)
4. Extended Arm Plank Hold (SHOULDERS)

*Each one done for 3 sets of 30 sec work/30 sec rest.

CARDIO (Tabatas)

1. Jumping Jacks
2. Mountain Climbers
3. Burpees

* Each one done for 8 rounds of 20 sec work/10 seo rest.

C. 5 minutes of abs

D. 10 minutes of static stretching

E. 5 minutes of stillness/meditation (GRATITUDE focus)

60-Minute Full Body 5 x 5 Flow Workout called "Hawaiian Style"

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Yoga mat, water, towel and YOU

LEVEL: All-levels

In this 60-minute all-levels, bodyweight workout, I lead you through a full body, strength and cardio experience. This format is called his 5 x 5 Flow and this one's called "Hawaiian Style". You'll do 5 minutes of a strength circuit followed by a 5 minute cardio circuit, then you'll repeat each 2 more times for a total of 30 minutes. Each exercise is done for 45 seconds with a 15 second active rest/transition to next exercise, as you flow through the workout.

Following the circuit we’ll do 5 minutes of abs, 10 minutes of stretching and 5 minutes of stillness/meditation.

You can find it in the RECENT UPLOADS category in your Team Sunrise Sweat portal for about 1 week then it will be housed in the SUNRISE SIT category long-term.

This is the Mother of all breathing practices…

4 x 4 Balanced Breathing.

This particular practice falls into the BALANCING category of breathing exercises.

As such it is a good to use pretty much anytime.

If you are feeling anxious, agitated, or a little too amped up, it calms you down. If you are feeling lethargic, depressed, or a bit down...it tends to lift you up.

It's the great "equalizer breath".

And it only takes a handful of minutes to reap the rewards.
