Struggling to calm your thoughts in meditation?
Try this…
Get your mind and heart focused as you begin.
1. Sit as if someone was about to tell you the one thing that could change your life for the better forever.
2. Sit not only for yourself but for all beings throughout all time. Know that a rising tide lifts all boats.
3. Sit with a Beginners Mind, with curiosity, interest and wonder.
So in other words, don’t just sit, sit with purpose.
