Actively showing up for your inner work, self accountability, checking in on your moods, finding your way back to ease, reclaiming your spiritual voice, connecting more with mindful practices, allowing yourself permission to feel, doing things that bring you joy, playing music, learning your way through forgiveness, let go of the past as best you can, tending to any triggers softly, not with temper or volatility, taking care of your nervous system, reestablishing a new relationship with your body, unpacking shame, being heart-based, showing up to your higher self and other people, take power cat naps, laugh hard and full, celebrate your life, align to your destiny, finding mentoring or counseling, surround yourself by loving relationships, re-parenting your inner child, accessing the clearest form of intuition and discernment, show up as your full self.
Do this as much as you can... as often as you can... miracles will come from this...
