On Solar Feminine Wisdom 🌞

I’ve been quieter on social media these days as part of a much larger transition I am midwifing myself through.

As part of this, I stay pretty quiet about most geopolitical issues, especially on social media.

This is a very intentional choice.

I’ve been finding it much wiser to move through these incendiary times from a place of sovereign neutrality.

I don’t like feeding the energetics of polarization nor do I like giving my life force energy to despair & collapse narratives.

Once I realized what a disempowering energy drain 🧛‍♀️🔋🪫it is to feed reactionary rage cycles and fear-based systems ~ I slowly started to make the conscious choice not to engage with those systems.

Simultaneously, I trained my nervous system and created new neural pathways 🧠 that help me to live from a healthier, calmer, more nourishing, joyous, loving baseline.

It’s an ongoing choice to shift my perspective away from the nightmares of the old paradigm version of “consensus reality.” And instead choose to invest my energy and consciousness in a version of reality that is sourced from a higher perspective ~ that is to say a more loving and nourishing perspective of reality.

This is what I call the Nourished Paradigm.

This ongoing shift has saved my health and my life. It’s what I believe helped me to fully heal from a 13 year cycle of chronic illness.

For me this has been a continual, non-linear process of waking up in consciousness and embodying more of my Higher Self’s blueprint while in human form. A process that has been ongoing for me for many years.

Some call it Ascension. Some call it Embodiment. Some call it Healing. Some call it returning to Wholeness.

I call it Freedom.

PS. Another tool that has helped me alchemize the darker parts of these current times is laughter. There is something deeply healing in laughing about the ridiculously childish antics of the collapsing patriarchy. 😂

Seeing the epic comedy of it all helps me to shrink down the illusory power these dying systems are still pretending is real. Laughter helps anchor truth and clear ego in such a beautifully joyous way!

A glorious Mother’s Day ~ Birthday Celebration Weekend with my adorable Mom, Karen 🤗

My mom turned 69 years young last weekend and can we stop to appreciate that she looks amazing 🤩 (I’m pretty sure I have more grey hairs than she does 🤣).

One of the things my mother Karen has taught me by embodied example is that being a beautiful person on the inside TRULY makes a difference (best damn beauty secret you’ll ever need.)

One of the best trips I’ve ever made to Ojai. I finally got to show my mom why I’ll always be obsessed with the chai ☕️

🌸 Nature, Beauty, Art, Nourishing Food, Slow and Gentle Vibes ~ Ta**us Season in a Nutshell 🐂♉️

🏔️🌲💦 Was able to finally get back to Rose Valley Falls & Sespe Creek Wilderness for the first time in 9 years.

🥾After losing access to so many of my favorite hiking trails due to the LA Fires 🥺😭😢 ~ it was so healing to get out into the Los Padres National Forest (even with the 95 degree heat 🥵) ~ and reconnect with deep nature

🪴⛲️🪷🪻🌵We also went on an Artist in Residency botanical garden tour …. What a gorgeous sanctuary tucked into the foothills of the T**a T**a Mountains. So visually and creatively inspiring!
