We eat this bread every day for lunch (next to our salads) and the kids love it! 🌱

Two ingredients. No flour, no yeast, no gums. Just whole buckwheat groats + water — soaked overnight, blended, and baked.

That’s it. And it’s genuinely one of the best things we eat every week.

Here’s why buckwheat is so special: it’s not actually a grain — it’s a mineral-rich seed that’s naturally gluten-free, high in plant protein, and packed with magnesium, zinc, and an antioxidant called rutin that supports circulation. It digests easily and keeps you full for hours.

We always bake a loaf, slice it, freeze it, and toast pieces through the week. Our favourite way to eat it right now: smashed avocado with a teaspoon of Daily Greens mixed in. Simple. Nourishing. Delicious.

Most supplements start in a lab. This one started in our kitchen.

When Michael was going through chemo, I began mixing different superfoods trying to support his body as gently as possible.

Our kitchen was covered in bags of greens - wheatgrass, spirulina, moringa, chlorella.

I kept adjusting the mix and telling him one thing: “Whatever you do… take this every day.”

That simple blend eventually became our Daily Greens.

And something unexpected happened.

When I began taking it daily, my eczema, something I had struggled with for years, slowly started improving.

Not overnight.
But steadily.

Over time I realized something important:
Health rarely comes from big dramatic changes.
It comes from small daily foundations.

Greens are some of the most nutrient-dense foods on the planet, yet most of us don’t eat nearly enough of them.

For me, this mix became one simple ritual I could rely on every day.

Even when life feels busy, messy, or overwhelming.

Thank you for being here with us - the hundreds of messages after sharing about baby #3 truly meant more than you know, and it feels so good to finally be coming out the other side of the nausea (ultrasound this week, which feels very special). We’re heading to LA for Expo West, seeing old friends from our 7+ years there, and taking Leo to the Indian Wells Tennis Tournament - he’s mostly excited about the clapping.

On the SuperPlants side, our organic whole-food Multivitamin is currently out of stock because demand moved faster than we predicted, and as a family business we’d rather wait, test properly, and keep everything fresh than rush production. Most days I keep things simple with smoothies, protein, greens shots.

But when I want something special, something that feels like a moment…
These plant-powered mocktails are it.

They’re refreshing, nourishing, and loaded with benefits:
✨ Turmeric + ginger → anti-inflammatory + calming
✨ Greens → detoxifying + energizing
✨ Beauty berries → antioxidant-rich for glowing skin

Here are the recipes from today’s reel 🍹👇

🍊 GOLDEN TURMERIC FIZZ
2 tsp Healing Turmeric
1 cup sparkling water
Juice of ½ orange
1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
Ice
Mix turmeric with the orange juice. Pour over ice, add sparkling water, sweeten if you like.
Benefits: inflammation support, immunity, calming adaptogens.

🌱 DAILY DETOX SPRITZ
2 tsp Daily Greens
1 cup sparkling water
Juice of ½ lemon or lime
1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
Fresh mint
Mix greens with citrus, add sparkling water, mint, sweeten if you like.
Benefits: detoxifying greens, alkalizing minerals, steady energy.

đź’ś BEAUTY BERRY SPRITZER
2 tsp Beauty Berries
1 cup sparkling water
½ cup frozen raspberries
1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
Ice
Blend or shake berries with sparkling water. Add raspberries + sweetener if you like.
Benefits: antioxidants, skin nourishment, natural radiance.

Love green smoothies but I don’t make them every day so I started taking green shot every morning religiously and the results were mind blowing!! 🤯

Here’s what changed:
- more energy
- less sweet cravings throughout the day
- better digestion
- reduced inflammation
- and things I don’t necessarily feel but I know it’s great for immunity and detoxing of heavy metals!!

Greens are so powerful for all overall health and the reality is most of us just don’t eat enough of them… so if you are struggling with bloating, fatigue, sweet tooth - TRY THIS!
