Going back to LA with a very full heart today. These fearless women opened up their hearts and bared their souls this week. We laughed a lot, cried a little, and caught so many waves we can barely lift our arms. We also hiked, biked, swam, and got drenched in the jungle. We could not have asked for a better group for our inaugural retreat and we will be rooting for these women as they continue to go after their dreams armed with increased awareness, self-love and compassion.
