I recently visited a hospital and started paying attention to the patients around me. Not their diagnoses. Their bodies.

Every single one of them had three things in common:
They were weak. Not because of what just happened to them, but because of decades of skipping the hard stuff. Decades of choosing comfort over strength until they couldn't get themselves to the restroom on their own.
