It’s so easy to let these numbers dictate our confidence & self worth. It has been ongoing my entire life. I’m working out of that by rooting in my authenticity and doing this challenge for myself and not anybody else 🙏 Likes & views can really take a toll on mental health. I’m done begging & chasing for them. I just want to be myself now and use social media as a vehicle to express who I am regardless 💛

My purpose is to be. My why is in the now.

The more I root in presence, the more I find myself at ease. The more I’m able to witness the magical opportunities, people, and moments the universe presents me before my very eyes!! It took me some years of intentional work with plant medicines to cut through all the crap in my brain (fears, attachments, beliefs, judgements…) but I friggin’ did it and I won’t ever forget those profound moments. Now, I work on integrating them on a daily basis. The more I water that seed in my brain of peace and abundance in this present moment, the quicker i’m able to reground and remember that I am so much more than my thoughts, and it’s powerful!

Do your soul a favor and take a pause from scrolling for a sec and look around and feel into the space you’re in… it’s so REAL and beautiful!

The amount of times I have to stop and remind myself to just be myself on a daily is ridiculous 😅

l’ve been so programmed to
believe I must be pertect tor everyone and everything, while at the same time crave in my core to be unconditionally loved and seen. Let me tell you, my interactions when I choose to stay grounded in my authentic self feel a hell of a lot better than when I turn on “the switch” (the persona) to feel accepted. I’m practicing day by day to accept MYSELF to the fullest now, and it feels SO freeing you guys!!

I will always love and cherish that version and season of myself. That guy got me to who I am today… on a beautiful path of healing and truly loving myself to the fullest. And I don’t need any approval from others anymore. I honestly couldn’t have felt this free if it wasn’t for hitting rock bottom mentally. I beileive these seasons in our journeys all happen for good reason, like it’s always meant for us to grow from. ❤️‍🩹
