🌟 A Story of Compassion 🌟
Last week, I met a wonderful elderly lady during a cleaning estimate. After sharing our pricing, she apologized saying she couldn’t afford it. So, we adjusted the scope of work to make it more affordable. The next day our team went above and beyond to make her home shine.
So, when the job was done, she came to pay with exact change to one of our cleaners and she told her, not to worry we’re cleaning your home for free.
Tears filled her eyes as she shared that her husband had recently passed away, and she was going through a tough time. 💔
We know how hard life can get, especially when you’re grieving a loved one.
After the cleaner left the elderly lady’s home, the cleaner called me to explain what happened and apologized for not taking payment. She was a bit concerned and even offered to cover the cost of the cleaning from her own paycheck. I assured her it was okay. While we can’t clean every home for free, we’ve decided to offer 2-3 free cleanings per month to elderly widows. 💚✨
