It's good for you physically, lifts the spirits and its also a great way to make new friends! In 2015 moved to the Santa Ynez Valley from the UK where I ran several successful community choirs including Rising Voices which was specifically for people living with and beyond cancer. I believe that EVERYONE can sing and have proved it time and time again! I will shortly be bringing my own brand of si
nging for fun to the local area where everyone is welcome to come and have fun singing together! No auditions, no need to read music just great fun! I am also a singing for health ambassador and will be setting up regular singing sessions in local retirement communities and social centres. I am trained in 'Singing for the Brain' with the UK based Alzheimer's Society and regularly worked for Parkinson's UK, Age UK and The Stroke Association.
