𝔸 𝕝𝕚𝕥𝕥𝕝𝕖 𝕓𝕚𝕥 𝕒𝕓𝕠𝕦𝕥 𝕞𝕖!

Before becoming a Massage Therapist, I spent 12 years working in the hospital setting as a 𝐑𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐜 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭 🩻 (X-ray tech).
I worked in the ER, Fluoroscopy, Surgery, orthopedic clinic, with a portable machine, with outpatients and even did a stint as a mammographer!!

I absolutely love doing X-ray, but the transition to massage has been so much fun!!
I use to help people by taking images through their muscles and now I get to help people by performing massage ON their muscles!!

I'd say it's probably obvious that anatomy has always been super interesting to me. So much so, I have had not 1, but 2 careers focused on it 😆
I just really love getting to use that knowledge to help others, you know?! 🥰

Believe it or not, many people have NEVER experienced professional massage!😱

If you're like me, you may have never had a massage until later in life. My personal experience was a string of very generic spa massages.
(And one painful one at a foot massage place 🤣)

As a solo Massage Therapist, your experience with me might be a little different than what you've recieved in a more traditional spa setting.

So let me break it down!!

📌 What to expect when you have a massage with me.
1. I strive to offer a massage that is specific to you! I attempt to feel your tissues and adjust my techniques as I go. I do not have an employer that is setting my massage routine.

2. I operate out of an office space in beautiful downtown Sapulpa. That means no need to travel to my private home, resulting in a feeling of professionalism and safety. Plus, a bonus of being surrounded by cute shops and eateries!

3.The first few minutes of your massage will be spent discussing what your massage goals are. Relaxation? Aches and pains? I'll figure out the techniques that are right for you! Arriving just a couple of minutes before your set massage time will ensure you recieve the fully scheduled time hands on!

4. Looking for a more therapeutic, focused or sports massage? I love doing this type of work!
A quiet, relaxing atmosphere will help us to better reach these goals.
Therefore, regardless of the style of massage you are aiming for, the room will be darkened and the table cozy. I seek to add comfort and relaxation so that your nervous system can let go and I can make a real impact on your tissues.

5. Finally, COMMUNICATION! I will check in with you throughout the massage to ensure you are comfortable. More so during your 1st visit with me and less with additional visits as we figure our routine out.
I expect the same communication from you!! We are a team in your health and wellness journey. I can't adjust my techniques for you if you don't speak up and let me know they need to be changed!
