A federal judge has issued a preliminary injunction blocking part of the reconciliation law that defunds some Planned Parenthood affiliates. Unfortunately, this ruling does not restore access for patients utilizing Medicaid or Managed Care access for services at Planned Parenthood of Florida.

We’re continuing to fight this unconstitutional attack on your health care and rights, and the situation may change quickly.
