We had a day!! Big big big love and THANK YOU to and many more for making Bringing Stories to Life a great success this year! SRLD2025 has been a blast, and we are looking forward to next year!!

If you are an educator or homeschool parent who would like to learn more about bringing books to life through play and movement, come join and this Wednesday, April 30th at for a free and fun experiential PD 5-7pm. Light dinner served as doors open at 4:30. You’ll make and take some really fun story props for your kids! Email: programs@performingartsfoundation.org space is very limited!

We had an incredible time yesterday teaching Paper & Motion: Metamorphosis Through Origami and Dance. Thank you to and all of the wonderful families for making this event magical!

We have ONE more family event coming up THIS SUNDAY, April 27th from 3-6 pm at . Don’t miss Bringing Stories to LIFE!

We’ll begin our journey with After the Fall- the Sequel to Humpty Dumpty. The story will be told through an interactive read aloud with giant props. Then families will get to make their own mini story stages with legos and origami. We’ll have big blocks for building Humpty’s wall with the littles!

Then, join Gerald the Giraffe and friends for an epic dance party!

There will be snacks, field games for the big kids, paper airplane contests, and watercolor mural painting with the awesome !

It was a beautiful day at Venice yesterday for the ‘s event! We brought the book The Caring Me I Want to Be to life through movement, and we were surrounded by so many awesome organizations that serve the children in our incredible community. Thanks for including us! We had a blast.

We are so psyched to share that second Saturdays Yoga + Art will begin in August at the one and only .wellness.loft !

Upcoming dates and times are:

August 12th- 10-11am
September 9th- 10-11am
October 14th- 10-11am

Class is perfect for 4-9 year olds but we have a bit of flexibility.

Kids can expect some strengthening, balancing, and flexibility moves along with an art project that will help focus and calm their beautiful minds. We like to throw in some games too!

$15 for Balance members and those who reserve their spots early!
Only $10 for Siblings

We are truly looking forward to this once a month pop up at Balance, and we hope you are too!
