Today felt really special. I stopped by Eternal Medspa for my Botox with Zen Jenn, and it was genuinely so nice to reconnect. 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

Going from a great work family to being a solo entrepreneur is a big shift, no break room chit-chat, shared lunches, or hallway gossip, so today, it felt extra meaningful.

Hey friends! 🌟 Let's talk timing 🤔! When it comes to skincare, timing is EVERYTHING! 😎 I know it can get confusing, so here's a quick breakdown:

AM Routine:
- Sunscreen (duh! 🌞)
- Lightweight moisturizers
- Products with antioxidants (like Vitamin C 💡)

PM Routine:
- Exfoliants or gentle scrubs 🧹
- Treatments like retinol or actives 🌟
- Richer moisturizers and masks 💆

Some products are best used at specific times, like retinols at night and AHAs/BHAs in the PM, too! 🚨 And always, always check your product labels 🤗
