✨Transitions can be uncomfortable — but they are a transformative time of co-creating a new way of being. Lean in.✨

Transitions can be anything from beautiful to bittersweet. Sometimes they can feel painful and messy at first so it’s hard to see the positive change they bring. They can feel scary and disorienting because we often have a fear of change. If you can begin to recognize the transition for what it is & ground into your self and your worth, there is so much magnetism to be found 🌷

A transition means you’re in the midst of creating a new way of thinking, being, or living. It’s a powerful space to be in. Lean into it.

I have definitely been feeling unsettled and a wave of anxiety 🥴 Be sure to take some time to get away from your screen and all the election coverage and nurture your body. Take a walk outside (and it’s SO beautiful today in SRQ!), meditate, cook a healthy meal, do something for you.

✨When it comes to longevity, the goal isn’t just to live as long as possible. The true objective is to live as vibrantly and energetically as possible, for as long as possible.

Reading this quote gave me an ah-ha moment 🤯😍 I am so passionate about health and wellness because I have spent a long time battling a body that often struggled to get through the day, even though maybe it wasn’t obvious on the outside. Chronic fatigue that I would combat with tons of caffeine, bloating, digestion issues no matter what I ate..the list is long. But I kept at it because I knew this wasn’t “normal”and deep down I believed my body could feel GOOD! Everyone’s path is different but here are some things that have helped me:

✅ Cutting out ALL caffeine - this isn’t going to be a popular one, but it has made such a difference in my energy levels. It’s hard to cut it out cold turkey but it’s worth it.

✅ Increasing fiber - eat more beans and soluble fiber. Seriously life changing. Most of us aren’t getting enough fiber in our diets. I’ve been working with for 6 weeks and it has been amazing so far!

✅ meals - on weeks where I’m extra busy or feeling burned out on cooking, I’ll order Sakara meals and I know my body will be nourished with all the vitamins and nutrients I need. It also inspires my own cooking with new ingredients & flavors. Every meal is plant based, dairy and gluten free! (Link in bio for more info)

✅ Make time for what lights you up ✨- I used to pack my schedule as full as I could because I thought if I wasn’t the busiest, I wasn’t doing enough. This is definitely still a work in progress, but I’m slowly learning I am so much more productive when I add in some self care to my day. Make time for things you enjoy. Some of my favorites are bridge walks, baths, face masks and facial massage (more on this later!) yoga, and bike rides.
