Micki Guy, a Glens Falls firefighter was seriously injured after falling from a moving fire truck late Thursday night.

The North Country community is praying that Guy makes a full recovery.

Tomorrow, Sunday, 4/12, from 4-6pm, Karen is guiding us through a yin practice designed to "Awaken Spring" within our bodies & minds.

At Saha Yoga, we love Yin Yoga because we learn to not push, to not force, but to allow. To allow a natural unfolding of what can happen when we choose slowing down, when we choose passive stretches, but mindful stillness, when we choose to breathe intentionally through change.
