With two existing da Vinci systems in our hospital, this new addition will bring an advanced level of technology, further improving our efficiency and operational capabilities.

Today, we held our Annual Wellness Fair, thanks to our amazing Wellness Committee. Local vendors highlighted their wellness expertise, while various hospital departments showcased their resources. The event included a flu shot clinic, blood pressure screenings, exciting giveaways, raffles, lovable furry companions, and much more! We extend our gratitude to everyone who contributed their time and wellness insights!

We are excited to announce the addition of Racheal Jafojo, MD, to the Saratoga Hospital Medical Group! She will be practicing at Primary Care - Mechanicville. Dr. Jafojo brings extensive knowledge in pediatrics, elder care, preventive health, and medical education.

In her free time, Dr. Jafojo loves to engage in activities such as hiking, dancing, traveling, and exploring art galleries around the globe. She also has basic proficiency in French and German, along with conversational skills in Yoruba.

Yesterday, we unveiled two new X-ray rooms at Malta Med Emergent Care, each equipped with fixed X-ray machines. Additionally, we have acquired a new portable X-ray unit as well, nicknamed "Auggie", designed to bring comfort and joy to our pediatric patients. We are excited about the new technology and space within our facility to better serve our expanding community!

Kudos to our dedicated staff and the D1 team for raising an impressive $12,762 in the 2025 American Heart Association Capital Region Heart Walk & Run, securing 4th place. A special shoutout goes to the D1 (Heartbeats) team for their remarkable efforts in raising $9,125 in 2024. The Hospital Cup and plaque are testaments to their unwavering commitment to heart and stroke health, with the D1 team making significant contributions over the years. Overall, Saratoga Hospital has ranked among the top fundraising organizations, and these funds play a crucial role in supporting vital research for heart health. Thank you for your hard work!
