✨ “Meditation has never come easy for me… until this.”
Rebecca joined a guided meditation with sound bath for the first time and discovered something surprising — the sounds of the Tibetan singing bowls made it effortless to let go of her thoughts.
Instead of the usual “to-do list” running through the mind, the soothing vibrations guided her into a state of calm and peace she hadn’t felt in a long time. 🌿
