Six Senses Healing

Six Senses Healing Hi, I’m Sabrina Huang—founder of Six Senses Healing and your Soul Compass for transformation. My journey began through personal struggle and awakening.

Six Senses Healing is a holistic wellness practice based in San Jose, California, offering personalized healing sessions and transformative experiences to help you break through limiting beliefs, reduce stress, and realign with your best self. I help people clear the energetic noise, release emotional blocks, and return to the truth of who they are. Over the years, I’ve blended ancient wisdom with modern techniques to create a healing experience that is gentle, powerful, and truly life-shifting. With certifications in Sound Healing, Aromatherapy, Hypnotherapy, Energy Work, and more, I support each client with personalized care—whether you're navigating burnout, emotional fatigue, or a deeper desire to realign with your soul. Healing isn’t about fixing—it’s about remembering. And it begins the moment you choose to return to yourself.

For a long time, I thought healing meant understanding everything.

But over the years, through my own journey and through the people I work with, I’ve learned something gentler and truer:
A nervous system in crisis doesn’t need logic.

It needs safety.

So many of us were taught to “be strong,”
to explain our feelings,
to push through stress with willpower.

But the body speaks another language —
breath, sound, scent, stillness, and care.

This is why I love the work I do.

Not because it fixes people,
but because it helps them remember
how to feel safe again.

We are not here to rush healing.
We are here to create the conditions for it.

If this resonates with you, you’re not alone.

We’re learning this together. 🌿

This week, our monthly Sound Bath session at Bill.com moved outdoors
due to an internal company event.

It became my very first outdoor
corporate Sound Bath —
and unexpectedly, a powerful lesson
in letting go of control.

In an open space,
there are many things we cannot control:
airplanes passing by, people walking and talking nearby, the temperature,
the smells in the air, and the unpredictability of the environment itself.

All of these can influence the experience.

But isn’t that just like life?

So instead of resisting
what we couldn’t change,
we practiced something deeper together —
letting go of control, accepting uncertainty, and trusting that
the moment would unfold as it needed to.

Although the sun was out,
it was still January, and
as bodies relaxed,
the cool air made it harder
for some to fully sink into deep rest.

I could feel that challenge in the group.

And yet, I was truly touched that
everyone stayed until the very end —
especially many who were joining
for the first time.

It reminded me that wellness
is not about creating a perfect,
silent environment.

It’s about learning how to soften,
breathe, and find calm
even when life is not ideal.

Grateful for this group, this experience, and the courage to try something new together. 🌿

If you’re interested in bringing
Sound Bath & guided relaxation
to your company, team building event, or retreat, I’d love to connect.

Feel free to message me or email me

It’s January 29.

And I keep hearing the same words:
“I tried so hard this month…
why do I still feel burned out?”

Because burnout isn’t a thinking problem.
It’s a nervous system problem.

You can’t reason your way into rest.
You have to feel safe enough to settle.

In my San Jose studio,
I watch this happen quietly:
breath slows
shoulders soften
the room becomes still

Not because someone forced relaxation…
but because their body remembered how.

This year, we don’t need more pressure.
We need more permission.

Permission to stop stirring the lake.
Permission to listen.
Permission to heal gently.

If your body is whispering
that it’s tired of pushing,
maybe February is for releasing
instead of proving.

We walk this path together. 🌿

Ten years ago,
I thought my pain meant
something was wrong with me.

I wanted comfort.
I wanted easy days.
I wanted life to stop hurting.

What I didn’t understand was this:
sometimes pain is not a punishment.
It’s a reset.

Through my own healing journey—and through working with so many clients at Six Senses Healing—I’ve learned that numbness often comes from too much comfort, too little challenge, or too much escape.

Feeling alive again
doesn’t always start with more rest.
Sometimes it starts with
a tiny bit of brave discomfort.
A small step.
A small action.
A little courage to feel instead of avoid.

If you’ve been tired, stuck, or emotionally flat, this post is for you.

You don’t need to fix your whole life today. Just one gentle step is enough.

And if you need support along the way,
I’m here walking this path with you.

I’ve learned this slowly,
through years of listening—
to clients, to science, and to my own body.

Relaxation can soothe the surface.
But real healing happens when the nervous system feels safe enough to let go.

This is the work I care about.
Quiet. Grounded. Human.

If you’ve been feeling “fine” but not whole,
you’re not broken.
You’re listening.

So many of us are searching
for peace in “spiritual spaces”
but forget that life itself is the practice.

Your light isn’t meant to hide
in meditation rooms.

It’s meant to guide you through the noise,
the arguments, the tears, and the truth.

The next time you feel disconnected,
don’t chase another class or retreat.

Pause.

Ask: “What part of my life still needs my presence?”

That’s where your real spiritual work begins.

✨ “I’m so happy the universe brought me to your class.”

Theresa’s words remind me why this community feels so special.

It’s not just about the sound — it’s about the people, the energy, the shared stillness, and the quiet joy of coming together. 🌿

Every Sunday, we create a space where you can rest, soften, and feel held — exactly as you are.

If you’ve been missing your moment of calm, your circle, your breath… we’re here, and we saved you a spot on the floor. 💫

For 2026, I’m choosing a quieter goal.
Not more discipline.
Not more productivity.
Not more self-improvement.

Just this:
to practice real acceptance.
Of myself.
Of others.
Of the life that keeps unfolding in front of me.

Because every time I stop fighting what is,
something inside me softens.

And when nothing blocks peace,
even for a moment,
that moment is everything.

If 2025 felt unbearable,
and you’re still standing —
you’ve already done something brave.

You don’t need to become stronger.

You need to become gentler with yourself.

2026 doesn’t ask you to be perfect.

It asks you to come back to yourself,
choose your frequency,
and offer what you can.

That’s how healing starts.

This year, I want our Wednesday 8PM stillness sessions to be simpler.

No goals to fix yourself.
No pressure to “do it right.”
Just 30 precious minutes, a quiet heart,
and the comfort of sitting together.

This is a space to be with yourself.
To notice yourself.

Maybe your mind won’t slow down — that’s okay.

Maybe your body feels restless — that’s okay.

Maybe your emotions feel messy — that’s okay.

Those are not mistakes.
Those are the doorways.

Each week we learn how to observe
ourselves with a little more patience,
a little more kindness,
a little more trust.

We don’t rush the process.
We grow with it.

If you’re open to trying —
even just a little —
I’d love to sit with you.
See you tonight at 8. 🌙

✨ “Powerful, Uplifting, Amazing.”

Johanna and her cousin came in
during the holidays not knowing
what to expect — and left feeling grounded, calm, and deeply connected
to their bodies and emotions. 🌿

Through a rich blend of sound and vibration, she experienced real emotional and physical shifts… the kind that stay with you long after the session ends.

This is what happens when you give yourself space to soften, listen, and return to your center.

If your heart has been calling for something deeper than a typical sound bath, I’d love to hold that space for you.

📩 DM me to book your session.
