Usually with IceWave, the tan patch goes directly on the pain, and the white patch goes nearby.

But with plantar fasciitis, sometimes putting the white patch directly on the heel (where it hurts) works better. Why?

Just learned this!!!!!!! Some are asking HOW to use ICEWAVE for all over the body pain, not just localized pain as it's normally used for.

Last night David Schmidt said for pain throughout the entire body try placing the Ice Wave patches on the soles of the feet. White on right + tan on left. This will send the energy throughout the lower half of the body.
If you also have pain on the upper half use another two patches on the lower back.

The Patch & Prayer!

This is a 45 year old woman with second degree burns on her face and neck after a pressure cooker exploded potatoes on her. She had been patching x39 for about three weeks before the accident.
