Here at Chestnut Woods Rehab, we are proud to have several physician leaders under one roof, led by our Medical Director, Dr. Faisal Malik!

Dr. Malik is a graduate of Rawalpindi Medical College in Pakistan and completed his residency at St. Barnabas Hospital in New York. He has held leadership roles in hospital medicine, including Associate Medical Director of a hospitalist program, and now serves as Co-Founder and Chief Medical Officer of HealthPlus Urgent Care.

With extensive experience across acute, urgent, and post-acute settings, Dr. Malik partners closely with hospital and skilled nursing teams to enhance care transitions and patient outcomes. He is affiliated with Tufts Medicine and is especially passionate about providing high-quality care for seniors.
