Last week I was pretty quiet. I took time to decompress and get away from my normal everyday. While I did post on my personal page, some of the fun I had with my family, I spent the week living in the moment and enjoying many laughs and quality time. We all need to get away from our normal routines at times. It can be a walk, reading a book, a camping trip or anything that helps calm your spirit. For me, the mountains have that effect. Nature as a whole has that effect on me. Spend time letting your body, mind and spirit rest!
