📢UPDATE! 🗓We have a very full February and March schedule for individual and business/school CPR classes, which is GREAT-- but that means we will be limited in scheduling more classes for February and March.

❤Please see all flyers (below) and reach out ASAP if you'd like to join one of our open/scheduled classes, as space is limited.

❤🗓If you would like to schedule a class for April, please reach out ASAP. With Easter/spring breaks and our own family vacation- April schedule will fill up fast:).

📢 Announcing an upcoming TEEN CLASS! It has been a while since we had a teen class due to low participation...so please share this post and get the word out! Best age range for this teen class would be age 13 - 18.

❤ We currently have 1 teen signed up and have room for 7 more!

🗓We will likely NOT have another teen class until closer to summer-- so please take this opportunity to get ready for those spring break and summer babysitting/daycare jobs.:)

New research shows that where AEDs are placed—and who’s trained to use them—can make a life-saving difference.

A study published in the American Journal of Emergency Medicine examined AED placement in more than 1,300 grocery stores across multiple states. Over nearly eight years, store employees responded to 396 cardiac emergencies—often being the first on the scene.

💓 294 people received CPR and/or AED care
⚡ 112 people received life-saving AED shocks
👥 In most cases, a trained employee stepped in to help

Cardiac arrest can happen anywhere, to anyone. Survival depends on fast action. This study reinforces what we know to be true: visible, accessible AEDs—paired with CPR/AED training—save lives.

Let’s make lifesaving tools part of everyday spaces. Because the moment matters.

I am hosting an event for our faith-based community.

All church leaders, current/future security team members or any church member interested in learning about options for keeping your church safe, please contact me by email.

This event will cover topics such as:

- Developing or enhancing a security team
- legalities of armed security
- Identifying safety zones within your building
- Securing your buildings
- Hands on Trauma/first-aid (Sponsored by LIFESAVER U.P.)
