❤️ A New Chapter for Paul & Andy 🏡🐾
Some clients stay with you long after the closing is over. Paul will definitely be one of those people.
After a recent fall and transitional care stay, Paul knew it was time for a safer next chapter. With help from my wife Laura Warhol finding the right assisted living fit at New Perspective Highland Park — where he could bring his dog Andy 🐾 — we were able to coordinate the sale of his South St. Paul home and help make the transition possible.
This process involved far more than just selling a house. There were wellness checks, misplaced keys and chargers, locksmith visits, moving coordination, paperwork, investor meetings, and plenty of moments where things simply needed to slow down so Paul could feel comfortable with everything happening around him.
We also brought in Caring Transitions Twin Cities Central to help coordinate the move and clean-out process, while Bailee and the New Perspective team showed incredible patience and compassion throughout the entire journey.
Before closing, I stopped by Paul’s new apartment to help hang pictures, reconnect his TV and internet, organize a few things around the apartment, and make the space feel a little more like home for both him and Andy.
Today we officially closed on Paul’s home, but more importantly, he’s now somewhere safe, supported, making friends, and starting a new chapter with Andy by his side.
That’s what this business is really about. ❤️
