🎉 We have some exciting news to share - Outside the Box is expanding! 🎉
We are thrilled to share that Outside the Box Pediatric Therapy Solutions now has a location in Statesboro, GA.
With a new location comes a new team member - Tatum Blitch, PT, DPT.
We are ecstatic to introduce a fantastic addition to our team at Outside the Box Pediatric Therapy Solutions – please give a warm welcome to Tatum Blitch!
Tatum is armed with a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm, holding a Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the prestigious Georgia Southern University. It was there that her passion for pediatric physical therapy blossomed.
Tatum may be a familiar face to some, as she was the first PT student to complete a clinical rotation at Outside the Box. During her time with us, Tatum successfully incorporated aquatic therapy and hippotherapy into her pediatric patient care routines. Since graduating, Tatum moved back to her hometown of Statesboro, where she honed her skills in Outpatient Pediatrics. Tatum is excited to return to Outside the Box and embark on this new journey with us as we expand our practice to Statesboro!
She brings with her a robust experience in treating a diverse pediatric population ranging from infancy to young adulthood, tackling various challenges from complex neurological and genetic diagnoses to plagiocephaly, torticollis, and developmental delays. Tatum is also well-versed in assisting children and teens in recovering from orthopedic and sports injuries. Tatum received the distinguished honor of being voted Best Physical Therapist by the Statesboro community in the Best of the Boro 2024 awards.
Tatum believes in making a difference. To her, there's nothing more rewarding than helping children and their families reach their physical therapy milestones.
Ready to bring her skills to the Statesboro and Bulloch County community, Tatum will initially lend her expertise to expanding our outpatient practice in a gym environment in Statesboro, where she will see children and youth at Bulloch Elite Training Center’s facilities. She will also be expanding our early intervention program to the Statesboro/Bulloch County area, providing top-notch care to BCW clients in the comfort of their homes and daycare settings. Plus, stay tuned — she'll soon jump into our hippotherapy program when opportunities for a barn location become available in the area!
Let's give her a warm welcome and wish her success in her noble endeavor to touch lives and foster growth one step at a time. Welcome aboard, Tatum!
