There’s nothing like watching students start to understand the medical billing and front office process and gain confidence in a new career path. Today we talked about insurance basics, revenue cycle concepts, and what it really takes to work in a healthcare office.

Moments like this remind me why I love teaching. Watching students ask questions, take notes, and start using the terminology lets me know they’re truly learning.
