Do's: ✅ Get Regular Eye Exams – Even if your vision feels fine, annual checkups help catch early signs of eye conditions.✅ Follow the 20-20-20 Rule – For every 20 minutes of screen time, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds.
✅ Wear Sunglasses – Protect your eyes from harmful UV rays whenever you're outdoors.
✅ Clean Your Glasses Properly – Use a microfiber cloth and lens cleaner to avoid scratches.
✅ Give Your Eyes a Break – Blink often and rest your eyes to prevent digital eye strain.

Don'ts:
❌ Don’t Sleep with Your Contacts – Always remove them before bed to avoid infections.
❌ Don’t Ignore Eye Irritations – Redness or discomfort could be signs of a bigger issue—book an exam!
❌ Don’t Use Expired Solutions – Check the expiration date on your contact lens solution to avoid irritation.
