We just hit our 6 months eating a carnivore lifestyle!!! I was in a stall for a bit and then all of a sudden I lost 15 more lbs this past week!!! I've lost 108 lbs from my heaviest, eating keto and then transitioning into carnivore. Nick has lost 58 lbs!!! Weight-loss aside, we are healing our bodies, reversing so many metabolic illnesses, and living life being healthy and happy!!! What a gift to have a spouse by my side to go the entire journey with 🥰🥰🥰 Nick Spitzley

Lowering cholesterol because you think it's associated with heart disease is about as foolish as lowering ambulances at the scene of emergencies.

Your body puts the cholesterol in the bloodstream to help the inflammation, not to cause it.

Fight the inflammation with a more natural lifestyle and diet. Leave the cholesterol alone. Your body knows what it is doing. You put yourself at risk of early dementia if you force your body to lower cholesterol unnaturally.

Pregnancy (building a baby!) and post-injury healing also require increased cholesterol in the bloodstream, so don't be alarmed that your body increases at certain times more than others.

I'm 4 and a half months into carnivore. Thought I would post another progress pic since it's been a while!!! I've been so busy lately... lol. Before carnivore, I didn't have the energy to do ANYTHING, and now here I am going going going!!!! Life is so good. God has truly blessed me and my wonderful family 🥰😘🥩🧈🥓🍳🧂

These beef chuck steaks have been one of our favorites lately!!! I just cut them from big chuck roasts, salt all sides, and sear them in butter!!! 🤤😋🥩🧂🧈

Some of the things I picked up on my recent grocery trip from Kroger and Walmart. I bought multiples of most things, as I am feeding a family of 6 🥰 Kroger had a great deal on the Chuck roast. I cut them up to make Steaks. Their sugar-free bacon and Shredded cheese was also on sale, so I grabbed up some of that. The cage free brown eggs at Walmart were only about 50 cents higher than their cheap white eggs, so that was worth the extra money to me. Walmart had a better deal on the large roll of ground beef and the packs of grass fed ground beef as well. It's just so nice being on a health journey as a whole family!!! 🥰

Y'all... it's such a good feeling being able to hold each other closer!!! My husband Nick and I have been married over 12 years. We started dating in October of 2011 and married exactly 7 months later. We just knew we couldn't live without each other. We have both always been bigger, and I've always had health issues, including PCOS. This caused me to have multiple miscarriages and so we decided to adopt 8 years ago. Within a year and a half we took in a total of 4 kids over that time and were able to adopt each one. Our oldest daughter will be 20 this year, our 2nd daughter turned 17 today, our 3rd daughter is 16, and our son is 10. My husband and 4 blessings from God are the reasons I knew I had to better my health so I could enjoy them longer!!! 4 months ago we started on the carnivore journey as a family of 6. I've since reversed my PCOS and am now experiencing cycles after several years without one. I've reversed T2 diabetes and high blood pressure. I could go on and on about the health benefits I've experienced, but I'm over 50 lbs down and so is my husband. The fact that our embrace is now closer is such a good feeling. I can't wait to see where we will be at our 1 year mark!!!

Happy Sunday morning!!!🌞 It's been a little bit since I've posted a before and after, so here is one from today!!! I'm 4 days away from 4 months carnivore 🥰 I got up early and went to ⛪️church⛪️ with my husband and 4 children. It's my 2nd daughter's 🥳birthday🥳 today, and she is 17!!! I am feeling healthy and happy and so blessed to be alive and around for my family!!!🙏🥰🥰🥰
