🧘‍♀️ Free yoga at 8:00 am with from
🏃‍♂️ 8:00 Group run with led by
❄️ $15 Cold Plunge + Sauna sessions from 8:45–11:00am
☕️ Nourishing food & coffee by all morning longgggg

* Cold plunging
* Breathwork coaching
* Organized movement at 7PM
* Tent Sauna + Wood-Fired Barrel Sauna (first come, first serve with a sign up at check-in!)
* Sounds by and more!

Within minutes of the doors being open, our barrel sauna was full booked out and so was massage table !

Thanks to all of our helping hands and thank you to for setting the vibe 🕺 and for the mushies 🍄
