This is the chair my client sat in for her massage this afternoon. I worked on her neck and shoulders and she felt much better after.
I am sharing this because massage looks different for everyone, it is a personal experience. I was taught to meet people where they are at meaning their mindset, their comfort.
This is what we do because massage is helpful in many ways and we want it to be accessible.
