Here's some great ideas of how to keep your office neat and organized.

So dig through your drawers, shelfs, and cabinets... organize, group together, get rid of, place in bins, and wipe out your cupboards.

Here's a neat idea I saw in an office... a little "Welcome" sign in the hygienist's op with the patients name on it. Super sweet jester. (I know, one more thing for us to do but I thought it was cute and had to share it with you all!)
