The power in stillness 💚✨

On my lunch break I usually take a little time in the studio space to do some yoga, and today I found myself gravitating towards my yin postures. I love the stillness of yin. The Fall and Winter are seasons to connect to the slowing down quality of yin. Yin yoga provides me with the connection to my breath, body and mind that I don’t get from any other practice. It helps me slow down a busy day and an overactive mind.

Why do I share this little insight into my lunch break? I share because I know life feels really busy for most people and that taking even 5 mins to find some stillness within a posture and breathe can do wonders on your mental and physical well-being 💚✨
