One of your favorite chiropractic stories?
One of my favorite chiropractic stories is seeing the impact care has on entire families. I feel privileged to work with so many of them, and it’s especially rewarding to hear parents share how their kids seem more balanced, get sick less often from school, and are simply in better moods overall. Watching families experience the benefits of chiropractic care from such a young age is something I always find incredibly meaningful.

What is the best part of your day?
It’s hard to narrow down just one best part of my day, but if I had to choose, it would be when patients share their goals with me—and then come back to celebrate achieving them at a future visit. That moment never gets old. I feel truly honored to be part of their journey and to watch them grow in confidence as they start reaching for things they once couldn’t do, were hesitant to try, or hadn’t even considered before. Seeing those wins, big or small, is what makes every day so meaningful.

Why did you become a chiropractor?
I grew up playing soccer, hockey, and softball, and like most athletes, I dealt with my fair share of injuries. My mom eventually convinced me to see a chiropractor, and that experience really stuck with me. I remember how she explained how the body works, picked up on things I hadn’t even mentioned, and most importantly, helped keep me on the field competing. As I continued with chiropractic care and saw the impact it had on my own life, it became clear that I wanted to do the same for others.

For ice optimal use:
Apply ice for 10-20 minutes at a time, no more than once per hour, to prevent skin damage. Always place a barrier, like a towel, between the ice and your skin, especially with frozen gel packs. People with poor circulation, reduced sensation, or fragile skin should avoid very cold packs.

For heat optimal use:
Apply heat for 10-20 minutes at a time, no more than once per hour, and keep the temperature below 104*F (40*C) to avoid burns. Always use a towel as a barrier, and apply heat during the day when you can monitor for side effects - never sleep on a heating pad. Avoid using heat for acute injuries, infections, autoimmune diseases, cancer, neurological issues, reduced sensation, skin wounds, or skin sensitivity.

We see quite a few babies in our offices and constipation is one of the reasons they are being adjusted. The adjustment helps relax the nerves for ā€œrest and digestā€ and balance the sacrum.

One of your favorite chiropractic stories?
While it’s difficult to choose just one, my most cherished patient stories describe improvements beyond musculoskeletal pain. Patients frequently report ā€œside effectsā€ like enhanced hearing and vision, better sleep, improved mental focus, and reduced anxiety and stress. I value the role of being the first practitioner they consult before they see their medical doctor.

What is the best part of your day?
The best part of my day is seeing the relief people experience in their symptoms especially when they first come in experiencing pain. Watching them regain their lives: smiling, moving better and sharing their experiences with friends and family.

Why did you become a chiropractor?
From a young age, I was drawn to the idea of helping others and working with my hands. My initial exposure to chiropractic care was through family members who found relief for various conditions, including ADHD, migraines, and lower back pain, demonstrating its wide range of benefits. I personally became a patient after developing shoulder pain while playing sports. Experiencing the power of chiropractic adjustments firsthand cemented my career path. Now, every day, I have the privilege of witnessing incredible improvements in people’s health and overall well-being.

Did winter have you hibernating and you find yourself moving a lot more now that the warmer weather is showing up?

If you find your body experiencing new aches and pains from raking, gardening, deep cleaning, or purging the clutter, an adjustment, massage or acupuncture treatment could help you recover quicker and get back to the things you love doing!

The list goes on and on!

Chiropractic treats far more than back injuries or pain. Patients are often shocked when they come in for ailments they thought would never be associated with chiropractic care, and our doctors are able to help them šŸ’™

One of your favorite chiropractic stories?
- It’s hard to pick just one favorite story because there are so many meaningful moments, but one that stands out happened recently when I saw a handful of newborns in a single afternoon just by chance. It gave me a moment to step back and appreciate how special it is working with these children from the very beginning. There’s something powerful about knowing this group of children will grow up saying they’ve been adjusted since birth. Seeing how excited and empowered parents are to give their kids that kind of start—because they’ve experienced the benefits themselves—makes it incredibly rewarding.

What is the best part of your day?
- The best part of my day is hearing what I call the ā€œlittle winsā€ā€”those everyday moments that become easier for my patients, like realizing they didn’t have pain or could do something they hadn’t been able to before. It’s incredibly rewarding to see how those small changes build over time, especially when patients stay consistent and really tune into how their bodies feel. Watching that progression—from relief, to improved function, to reaching meaningful goals—and being able to reflect on how far they’ve come is the most fulfilling part of what I do.

Why did you become a chiropractor?
I was drawn to chiropractic because it provides a non-invasive way to support the body while focusing on getting to the root of an issue and long-term healing instead of quick fixes. It felt like a true reflection of my philosophy around whole-body, holistic health. When I started chiropractic school, it all came together—blending my passion for science, movement, and the connection between structure and function. With my undergrad schooling, yoga background, and interest in functional movement - I found a path that allows me to help patients heal, move better, and ultimately reach their full potential.
