This patient had previously been getting her smile lines treated elsewhere with filler and began noticing fullness just above the nasolabial fold area.

Using a full facial assessment, I evaluated her midface and lateral cheek for volume loss rather than continuing to add product directly into the fold.

With two syringes strategically placed in the midface, I created a smoother lid-cheek transition and improved structural support. The result is a softer, more refreshed appearance without overfilling the lower face.

So grateful for patients who truly trust me. ✨
This beautiful patient drove over 3 hours from Indianapolis to come see me, and I’m beyond thankful for that kind of loyalty.

She came in with a challenging case that required detailed assessment and customized treatment and I’m so proud of the natural, balanced results we achieved together.

These are immediate after photos, so mild swelling and bruising are totally normal and expected. Final results will continue to soften and settle over the next few weeks.
