Calling all Little Luminaries! 🌸 Join us for a very special celebration as we launch our first-ever workshop series at in Seguin!

​As a Speech-Language Pathologist and HeartMath Practitioner, I am passionate about creating spaces where children can learn to express themselves in safe, healthy, and creative ways. Creative Wellness is about more than just making art..... it’s about giving "littles" the tools they need to understand their inner world.

​In this series, we focus deeply on Nervous System Regulation. Through somatic play and the soothing sounds of singing bowls and raindrums, children learn how to shift from "big feelings" to a state of calm and connection. These are foundational tools they will carry with them for a lifetime. Each workshop will be a little different and offer unique art activities and grounding techniques.

​🌿 What to Expect:
​Create a Nature Craft: We’ll unleash imagination with sun-drenched botanical art.
​Sound Garden Experience: A sensory journey designed for grounding and nervous system regulation.

An absolutely amazing day at our rest and resilience mini retreat organized by The Transitioning Warrior. This day focused on the well-being of our local veterans and first responders! Breathwork, meditation, sound wellness and resilience work (and a fantastic lunch) all in one amazing day. Taking care of yourself is a priority and we made it happen!
